Delete Your Data

If you messaged our WhatsApp chatbot or interacted with an Interact Labs bot powered by Meta APIs, you can ask us to delete your data.

This covers chatbot messages, contact details, and related conversation data tied to your request, subject to any legal or security retention we must keep.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at interactlabs.cm@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my data.
3. Include your WhatsApp number and any details that help us find your record.

What happens next

We will review the request, remove the data tied to your chatbot interaction where possible, and confirm once it is processed.

If you contacted us through WhatsApp, you can also send the request directly in chat and we will handle it from there.
